Heating Instructions
Heating times will vary based on the quantity of meat, the number of items being heated, and individual ovens, grills, and stovetops.
Remember always to preheat ovens and grills!
PORK SPARERIBS | BABY BACK RIBS
- OVEN 400° for 20 - 30 mins.
- GRILL 350° - 450° for 8 mins, flip after 4 mins.
SLICED BRISKET
- OVEN place on a sheet tray at 400° for 8 mins. Baste with sauce and bake for an additional 3 – 5 mins.
BURNT ENDS | PULLED PORK | SAUSAGE | TURKEY
- OVEN 350° for 10 – 15 mins. Baste with sauce and turn every 5 mins.
- GRILL 400° - 450° for 6 – 8 mins. Flip occasionally.
BONE-IN CHICKEN
- OVEN 350° for 20 – 35 mins.
- GRILL 350° - 450° for 15 – 20 mins. Baste and flip occasionally.
BOURBON BAKED BEANS | CORN BAKE
- OVEN 350° for 20 – 25 mins per quart. Stier occasionally.
