HOW DO POINTS WORK?
Every time you eat BBQ with us, you earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
Rack up those points and redeem them for things like:

• Exclusive rewards
The more BBQ you eat, the more rewards you unlock.
WHAT IS THE BLIND BOX BONUS CREDIT?
For our serious BBQ fans, we’ve got a little extra something.
For every $500 you spend, you’ll earn a $25 Blind Box BBQ Bonus Credit to use on a future visit.
Think of it as our way of saying thanks for keeping the smoker busy.
Points and bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE MY PHONE?
No problem.
Just tell your server the phone number connected to your rewards account, and we’ll make sure your points get added.
Rewards may take a little time to show up as the system updates.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS WHEN DINING IN?
When you pay your check, simply give your server the phone number linked to your account and we’ll take care of the rest.
Your points will be added automatically.
WHAT REWARDS CAN I EARN?
When you sign up, we’ll kick things off with a Free Welcome Starter — because every BBQ meal deserves a great beginning.
From there:
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
• Unlock rewards at different point levels
• Redeem points for food, merch, and special offers
You can save your points for bigger rewards or redeem them whenever you like.

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS?
Open the Blind Box BBQ app and head to the My Rewards section.

Your points balance will be at the top, with all available rewards listed below.
If something is locked, you just need a few more points to unlock it.
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?
When you unlock a reward, it’ll show up in the Rewards section of the app.
Just tap Redeem and follow the ordering process.
You can also redeem rewards in the restaurant by letting your server know before you pay.
Remember — you can save points for bigger rewards if you want.
CAN I TURN POINTS INTO CASH?
Nope.
Points are only good for rewards inside the Blind Box BBQ Rewards Program and can’t be redeemed for cash
DO ONLINE ORDERS EARN POINTS?
They sure do.
Any order placed through the Blind Box BBQ app or online ordering will automatically add points to your account.
Just give the system a little time to update.
